So. . .I've passed by this place a thousand times and was always curious about it but I've never stopped here to eat. While my husband and I were out shopping, he suggested we stop here to try them out. I'm so glad we did.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. My husband ordered the sourdough burger w/egg. We usually try each other's food before we start digging into our own. He enjoyed his burger but I thought it lacked seasoning. Mine, on the other hand, was pretty awesome! The patty could have been plain and I would never know it because the combination of the bacon, grilled onions, pickles, etc. . .set  it  off . . .and I don't know what type of bun they used but it was nice and soft with the perfect amount of firmness so it didn't fall apart while I was eating it. The onion rings were pretty amazing too. The batter they used made the onion ring coating smooth, which I never had before. .but the batter was fried a perfect golden brown. They had the perfect amount of crunch and a certain sweetness to them. It was a little different at first but I quickly fell in love with them.

The only "cons" to this place:
-The wait. It took 20-25 min for us to get our food.
    -There's only outdoor seating.
    -Cash only.

Other than that, I totally recommend this place.

Really nice place to try a burger! They are really delicious, especially Jalapeño grilled chicken burger. One of the best burgers i have ever tried! So you can come here and relax for some time.
    Awesome place.

I have been coming to this spot for a few years now and this is top 5 Neighborhood burger joints in Sacramento. Each time I go I've tried to get something different, today I tried the Jalapeño burger (contains: patty, mayo, mustard, Swiss cheese, tomato, grilled onions and a TON of jalapeños). Pretty good burger, a bit spicy and I can handle hot foods so go easy on the jalapeños if you can't. Price wise this spot is pretty good (CASH ONLY). The only thing that stops me from giving this place 5 stars is the service they provide. The two women that are mainly at the spot aren't that friendly but I go there for the food not the service so I'm fine with it.

Great spot! This place is a sleeper which would be easy enough to pass up, if you're not looking for it. It doesn't look like much from the outside, just a small blue shack on the older side with a couple of tables outside some auto shops, but I stopped by here yesterday and the food was just as great as when I had it first almost six years ago.

The menu is extensive and offers about what you'd expect from a burger shack. Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and other sandwiches, served with an assortment of fried foods and sodas. I went with the Jalapeño Grilled Chicken sandwich this time, in search of some "lighter" fare. It's lighter than a burger, right? The grilled chicken was moist and plentiful, the cheese was melted to perfection, and the sandwich was piled with toppings. I even got fries, which never happens, because upgrading go combo is only a few more bucks. They were crispy, crinkle cut, with just the right amount of salt on them. Some seriously good fries!

The spot is cash only and they close at 7pm. And again, you kind of have to go out of your way to come here, but I think that's part of the appeal. If you want a good, greasy burger and are more interested in enjoying that over the ambiance, this is the place.

This place is good but not what everyone raves about. Tried it a few times and each time there were flys galore. But other than that basic burger. Pretty good size with some salty crinkle fries lol but I still ate them lol
